Our Process

Our auction service begins with your phone call! Once we establish what you would like to sell we usually make an appointment to meet with you to look over the personal property, real estate, land, or whatever it is you have to sell. Once we see what we have in front of us, we make a plan with you for the type of auction that best suits your needs, how we plan to set up the sale, day of sale needs, and post auction planning.

Auction Preparation

As we prepare for the auction we have a team of staff members ready to assist in setting up auctions, taking pictures, moving furniture, prepping sale bills and implementing the advertising, and many more details that lead up to the day of sale.
